Isaiah 40:31 But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.They will soar on wings like eagles. They will walk and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.

No doubt, you have noticed that Jon and I wear tshirts on our show with this verse on them. This is one of our very favoritest verses ever. We really grabbed onto it somewhere around the time that our babies were born and we literally were so sleep deprived, we thought we were going to die!!!! (sounds dramatic, but its the truth!) Ever since then, it has become one of our theme verses because times keep getting busier, not easier!
I so love this promise that I need to hope in the Lord and I will never run out of energy and I will be able to keep going! God will give me His strength to continue as I hand my issues and concerns to Him! If I let Him, He'll lighten my load... So I can soar on wings of eagles!
I am really dragging the last week or so.... So much on the to do list that never seems to get crossed off and I'm glad to know that if I put my hope in the Lord, He will renew my strength!
Thank you Lord for your promises in the Bible and for bringing them to mind when I need them!
I pray for just enough strength to get through today! Amen
